Outbound Cold Calling Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated and skilled MCA experienced Cold Caller (MERCHANT CASH ADVANCE) to join our dynamic team.
As a Cold Caller MCA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and revenue by effectively communicating with our leads to offer potential funding capitals to their business over the phone and generating interest. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads via cold calling.

Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound calls to US based prospects to introduce and educate them about our services and solutions.
-Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to potential clients.
-Maintain and organize a large database of leads and track accurate records of interactions and outcomes, along with timely record logging.
-Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments to meet your weekly target via cold calling to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
-Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further sales processes.
-Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets and lead generation targets.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an MCA cold caller or similar role, preferably in the Capital Funding industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and calm demeanor.
-Goal-oriented and disciplined mindset.
-Good command over sales CRM software.
-Work in the US shift (preferably EST/CST) for real time cold calling and CRM data logging.
-Good English (no accent)
-Good quality headset and no background noise

Our Schedule:
Fulltime:
-12 to 8 Monday and Tuesday
-10 to 6 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or you to do 10 to 2 Friday and Saturday
Partime:
12 to 4 Monday to Friday
