Job Description:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistants with excellent English skills to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing our CRM, executing all marketing activities, editing and adding listings, tracking tasks, and managing a future street team.

Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to ensure all client information is current and accurate.
Marketing Execution: Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
Listings Management: Edit and add product or service listings across various platforms.
Task Tracking: Monitor progress on various tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
Team Management: Assist in the coordination and management of a future street team, including task delegation and follow-ups.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
